Description

Bonus is a digital employee recognition and rewards platform that helps companies build stronger workplace culture through peer-to-peer appreciation and meaningful incentives.

Challenge

Bonus needed to solve a common workplace gap: employee recognition was either inconsistent, manual, or disconnected from daily work tools. Traditional reward systems felt occasional and impersonal, which limited their impact on motivation and culture. The challenge was to design a platform that made appreciation easy, frequent, and visible, while still tying recognition to meaningful rewards and measurable business outcomes

Results

The final experience positioned Bonus as a central hub for peer recognition and rewards. By embedding appreciation into everyday workflows and offering flexible reward options, the platform encouraged continuous engagement instead of one-off praise. Early adoption and positive organizational feedback showed that Bonus successfully strengthened employee motivation, visibility of contributions, and alignment between team culture and performance goals
