A digital gift card marketplace focused on trust, speed, and payment reliability in Saudi Arabia.

Challenge

Daleel Store’s main challenge was not demand, but trust. Users wanted digital vouchers, yet hesitated at checkout due to fear of invalid codes, unreliable sellers, and payment uncertainty. Anxiety peaked right after payment, when users worried whether their voucher would actually arrive. This hesitation led to drop-offs, fewer repeat purchases, and more support requests.

Results

The final experience reframed Daleel Store as a trust-first marketplace. Checkout was streamlined, while reassurance elements were placed at key hesitation points to reduce anxiety without slowing users down.
